CARING
WE SUPPLY COURTESY KIT: We have been working for some time to provide the “caring” section of the Trenitalia group. Using the word “caring” we
refer to the set of comfort goods, such as food supplies. We have tested three different types of “Courtesy Kit” that Trenitalia group administers to its
customers during critical situations of railway traffic.
They could be distinguished in:
- Basic kit: it contains packages of sweet snacks, salty snacks, water, juice, refreshing towel and a practical single portion of almonds.
- Warm kit: in addition to the kit mentioned above, during the winter season we add one isothermal blanket, a pack of self-heating coffee and hand warmers.
- Fresh: in addition to what mentioned above, we add a packet of mineral salts and an envelope of instant ice, to better cope with the warmer season.
You will certainly recognize this service in times of delays or inconvenience, kits selected by our company will be distributed to passengers on board of the trains. A
sort of small “caress” designed to intervene with basic food and accessories in cases of urgency and criticality of railway traffic.
OUR KIT
Basic: with packaging inside
